Pigment patch test
Service Description
A patch test is a quick skin assessment to check for any sensitivities to the pigments and products used in permanent makeup. A small amount of pigment is applied in a discreet area (behind the ear or inner forearm) and monitored for 24–48 hours for any signs of irritation. This is most often suggested for clients whom suffer from allergies to makeup, minerals or metals. While not a guarantee of zero reactions, it helps reduce risk and provides reassurance for clients with sensitive skin or allergies.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY A minimum of 5 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment longer than 45mins. Cancellations made with less than that period will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. A minimum of 2 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 45mins. Cancellations made with less than that period will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. To cancel or reschedule, you must email archcosmeticsnth@gmail.com Our 24/7 support team will confirm receipt and answer any questions or concerns rights away. Please note your cancellation is not valid until you receive written confirmation. LATE ARRIVALS Please ensure you arrive on time. If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time without prior notice we have a discretion to: Shorten your appointment shortened by that length of time but charge you for the full amount of the service fee; or Deem the booking forfeited by you as a No Show and charge you accordingly. If you fail to arrive without prior notice (No-Show) will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further policies.
