Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY A minimum of 5 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment longer than 45mins. Cancellations made with less than that period will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. A minimum of 2 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 45mins. Cancellations made with less than that period will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. Please note your cancellation is not valid until you receive written confirmation. LATE ARRIVALS Please ensure you arrive on time. If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time without prior notice we have a discretion to: Shorten your appointment shortened by that length of time but charge you for the full amount of the service fee; or Deem the booking forfeited by you as a No Show and charge you accordingly.
