Service Description
During this appointment, clients are able to discuss options for there brows during a thorough consultation. This will accompanied with measurements and pre drawing where you will be able to see the the design and shape of your new brows should you wish to proceed in the future. This appointment is perfect for those that are interested in getting there eyebrows cosmetically tattooed however are wanting to see the process and shape/ design prior to scheduling :)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are strictly non refundable. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments must be made 48 hours before the appointment. Our policy states if cancellations or rescheduled appointments are made before this time frame your deposit will be surrendered to ARCH. This policy ensures when a deposit is made for that time slot, it is specifically for that time slot for that day. Which means no other client can take that time slot if cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments before the 48hr time period will cause the business a loss in revenue and wages for our staff. Hence why we have this policy in play. We hope you understand our policy and why we do this.
