Service Description
This service is available for current ARCH CLIENTS ONLY and is valid for your 4-6 week freshen up ONLY! If you book under this service however are not an ARCH client or you don’t fit into this timeframe and arrive under this service your deposit will be processed as a fee and the service won’t be performed. *please note if it has been over 2 years since your last Touch up a full set is required* A tattoo touch-up involves adding small bits of detail and fixing any small imperfections that may have formed. Tattoo touch-ups can be done on new tattoos as well as older ones that may have lost their vibrancy, helping to bring life back to an already existing tattoo. At about the 6-8 week mark, you should be scheduled to do your “touch up” procedure especially if you would like to make any changes to the shape of your brow, or fill in any areas required.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY A minimum of 5 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment longer than 45mins. Cancellations made with less than that period will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. A minimum of 2 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 45mins. Cancellations made with less than that period will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. To cancel or reschedule, you must email archcosmeticsnth@gmail.com Our 24/7 support team will confirm receipt and answer any questions or concerns rights away. Please note your cancellation is not valid until you receive written confirmation. LATE ARRIVALS Please ensure you arrive on time. If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time without prior notice we have a discretion to: Shorten your appointment shortened by that length of time but charge you for the full amount of the service fee; or Deem the booking forfeited by you as a No Show and charge you accordingly. If you fail to arrive without prior notice (No-Show) will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further policies.
