This service is available for current ARCH CLIENTS ONLY and is valid upto 2 years from your last touch up! *please note if it has been over 2 years since your last Touch up a full set is required* A tattoo touch-up involves adding small bits of detail and addressing shape and colour. Tattoo touch-ups restore vibrancy, helping to bring life back to an already existing tattoo.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY A minimum of 5 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment longer than 45mins. Cancellations made with less than that period will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. A minimum of 2 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 45mins. Cancellations made with less than that period will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. ​To cancel or reschedule, you must email archcosmeticsnth@gmail.com Our 24/7 support team will confirm receipt and answer any questions or concerns rights away. Please note your cancellation is not valid until you receive written confirmation. LATE ARRIVALS​ Please ensure you arrive on time. If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time without prior notice we have a discretion to:​ Shorten your appointment shortened by that length of time but charge you for the full amount of the service fee; or Deem the booking forfeited by you as a No Show and charge you accordingly. If you fail to arrive without prior notice (No-Show) will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further policies.
